BioAnalysis is the only biotech company located in Philadelphia’s Kensington neighborhood. This area was a manufacturing haven a couple of generations ago, providing living wages and steady opportunities. Unfortunately, with manufacturing mostly gone, Kensington is now experiencing dramatic unemployment and is home to one of the world’s largest open-air drug markets. BioAnalysis is intentionally located in this neighborhood to demonstrate that a high-tech company can thrive here. We are committed to creating a positive impact in our community.

With like-minded and energetic non-profit partners, we work to reduce poverty by providing basic needs, education, and paths to jobs and careers. We contribute our time, talent and treasure to poverty reduction. Participation in community involvement is encouraged with paid time off, but many BioAnalysis employees are consistently active in this effort.
